【摘要】:Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsbecausecurrentestimatesofbetween-laboratoryprecisionareacceptableandthemethodisusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.5.1.1Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usesamplesforsuchcomparativeteststhatareashomogeneousaspossible,drawnfromthesamelotofmaterialasthesamplesthatresultedindisparateresultsduringinitialtesting,andrandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Thetestresultsfromthelaboratoriesinvolvedshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,ataprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifbiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Lineardensityofelastomericyarnsisusedinsomecalculationsfortensileandelasticproperties.Thetestmethodisbasedonelastomericyarnsintheas-producedcondition,butmaybeusedfortreatedelastomericyarnsprovidedthetreatmentisspecified.Themethoddoesnotcovertheremovaloffinishforthedeterminationoflineardensityofx201C;finish-freex201D;elastomericyarns.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthelineardensityof"asproduced"elastomericyarnsmadefromrubber,spandexorotherelastomersusingaskein.Note18212;Forthedeterminationoflineardensityofelastomericyarnsusingshortlengthspecimens,refertoTestMethodD2591.1.2Themethodisnotapplicabletocovered,wrapped,orcore-spunyarns,oryarnsspunfromelastomericstaple,orelastomericyarnsremovedfromfabrics.1.3Thistestmethodisapplicabletoelastomericyarnshavingarangeof40to3200dtex(36to2900denier).1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
