【摘要】:ThisEURONORMspecifiesamethodforthespectrophoto-metricdeterminationofnitrogeninsteels.Themethodisprimarilyintendedforthedeterminationoftotalnitrogeninverylownitrogennon-alloysteels.Itmaybeused,however,foranylownitrogenferrousalloythatissolubleinhydrochloricacidprovidedthattheacid-resistantformofsiliconnitrideisnotpresent.Thishighlyresistantnitridehasbeenfoundonlyinsamplesofsiliconsteelsmanu-facturedwithoutaluminiumadditionandthenonlyinsheetmaterial.Themethodisapplicabletonitrogencontentsfrom0.0005to0.005%(m/m).NOTE—Themethodhasalsobeensuccessfullyappliedtoapureironwithanitrogencontentof0.0038%(m/m)—seeAnnex.
