【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestospreader,strippingandcuttingmachine,aswellasthestickreturnconveyorandthestickmagazine(seeclause3),usedincontinuouspastaprocessingplantsabletoproducemorethan100kg/h.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforthedesign,manufactureandinformationforsafeuseofspreader,strippingandcuttingmachine,aswellasthestickreturnconveyorandthestickmagazineclassifiedasstationaryunitswhichcannotbemovedwheninoperation.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:—householdmachines,—semiautomaticmachines,socalled"batchmachines"requiringmanualloading.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisstandardarelistedinclause4.ThesehazardsandthemeasuresfortheirreductionaredescribedinthepresentEuropeanStandard.Ancillaryequipment,whichisnotanintegralpartofthemachinery(e.g.hoppers),isnotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandard.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthepropertiesoflightweightaggregatesandfillersderivedthereofobtainedbyprocessingnatural,manufacturedorrecycledmaterialsandmixturesoftheseaggregatesforbituminousmixturesandsurfacetreatmentsandforunboundandhydraulicallyboundapplicationsotherthanconcrete,mortarandgrout.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverslightweightaggregatesofmineraloriginhavingparticledensitiesnotexceeding2000kg/m(2,00Mg/m)orloosebulkdensitiesnotexceeding1200kg/m(1,20Mg/m)including:a)naturalaggregates;b)aggregatesmanufacturedfromnaturalmaterialsand/orfromby-productsofindustrialprocesses;c)by-productsofindustrialprocesses;d)recycledaggregates.ItprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproductstothisEuropeanStandard.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardmaynotberelevanttoalltypesoflightweightaggregates.Forparticularapplicationstherequirementsandtolerancescanbeadaptedfortheenduse.NOTEAggregatesusedinconstructionshouldcomplywithalltherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard.AswellasfamiliarandtraditionalnaturalandmanufacturedaggregatesMandateM/125"Aggregates"includedrecycledaggregatesandsomematerialsfromneworunfamiliarsources.Recycledaggregatesareincludedinthestandardsandnewtestmethodsforthemareatanadvancedstageofpreparation.Forunfamiliarmaterialsfromsecondarysources,however,theworkonstandardizationhasonlystartedrecentlyandmoretimeisneededtodefineclearlytheoriginsandcharacteristicsofthesematerials.Inthemeantimesuchunfamiliarmaterialswhenplacedonthemarketasaggregatesshouldcomplyfullywiththisstandardandnationalregulationsfordangeroussubstances(seeannexZA)dependingupontheirintendeduse.Additionalcharacteristicsandrequirementscanbespecifiedonacasebycasebasisdependinguponexperienceofuseoftheproduct,anddefinedinspecificcontractualdocuments.
