【摘要】:ThispartofISO14649specifiesthedataelementsdescribingcuttingtooldataformillingmachinetoolsandmachiningcentres,whichworktogetherwiththeprocessdataformillingmachinetoolsandmachiningcentresspecifiedinISO14649-11.Theycanbeusedascriteriaforselectingoneofseveraloperations;theydonotdescribecompleteinformationonaparticulartool.Therefore,leavingoutoptionalattributesgivesthecontrollermorefreedomtoselectfromalargersetoftools.NOTE1Thenumericalcontrol(NC)isassumedtohaveaccesstocompletedescriptionofspecifictoolsinadatabase.Themilling_machine_tool_schemadefinedinthispartofISO14649servesasabasictoolschema,includingtheinformationrequiredbytheCNCtoselectatoolfromthemachinetool'stoolmagazine.NOTE2InISO6983,thetoolisdefinedbyitsidentifier(e.g.“T8”).Nofurtherinformationconcerningthetooltypeorgeometryisgiven.Thisinformationispartofthetoolset-upsheet,whichissuppliedwiththeNCprogramtothemachine.Thetoolset-upsheetgivestherelationshipbetweenthetoollocation(e.g.“slot8ofthetoolmagazine”)andthetypeoftool(e.g.“drill4mm”).ThispartofISO14649alsospecifiestheinformationtobeprovidedinthetoolset-upsheet:-toolidentifier;-tooltype;-toolgeometry;-application-dependentexpectedtoollife.Themilling_machine_tool_schemadoesnotincludeinformationwhichispartofthetooldatabase.Thetooldatabaseisrelatedtothemachinetoolandthetoolitself,butisindependentoftheNCprogram.ThefollowingdatatypesareoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO14649:-normativetoollife;-toollocationinthetoolchanger;-adaptiveitemsalsoknowastoolholdersortoolclampingdevices;-toolsforothertechnologies,suchasturning,grindingandelectricaldischargemachining(EDM)NOTE3ItisimportanttounderstandthatalllengthmeasuretypesusedinthispartofISO14649arenottolerancedlengthmeasuretypesbecausetheyareusedtodescribethetoolsrequiredforthemanufacturingofaworkpiece,nottheactualdimensionsofthetoolsavailableatthemachine.Arealtoolwillbeselectedbythetoolmanagementbasedontheactualtooldimensionsandthetolerancesoffeatures.ThispartofISO14649usestheEXPRESSlanguageasspecifiedinISO10303-11.
