【摘要】:Thisguideprovidesminimumguidelinesforsafeandefficientambulanceoperation.Allambulanceoperationsandoperatorsshouldfollowthisguideforthedevelopmentofeducationalandtrainingprograms.Thisguideisintendedtopromotesafeandefficientambulanceoperationsandtoreducemorbidity,mortality,andpropertylossassociatedwithambulanceoperations.Thisguideisintendedtoassistthosewhoareresponsibleforthedevelopmentandimplementationofpoliciesandproceduresforambulanceoperations.1.1Thisguidecoversminimumstandardsfortheperformanceofemergencymedicalservices(EMS)ambulanceoperators,including:operatorqualifications,pre-runoperation,andpost-runaspects.1.2Thisguideshallpromotethesafeandefficientdeliveryoftheambulance,equipment,crew,passengersandpatients,duringallphasesofthedeliveryofEMSinvolvingtheambulance;atalltimesexercisingthehighestdegreeofcareforthesafetyofthepublic.ThisguidemaybeappliedtootherEMSvehiclesthatdonotnecessarilyprovidepatienttransport.1.3Thisguideshallbeusedasthebasisfortrainingguidesoftheemergencymedicalservicesambulanceoperator.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Theamountofwearinanysystemwill,ingeneral,dependuponanumberofsystemfactorssuchastheappliedload,machinecharacteristics,slidingspeed,slidingdistance,theenvironment,andmaterialproperties.Theprimaryvalueofthisweartestmethodliesinpredictingtherelativerankingofmaterials.Thistestmethodimposesconditionsthatcausemeasurablemasslossesanditisintendedtorankmaterialsforapplicationsinwhichmoderatetosevereabrasionoccurs.Testmaterialsshouldbereasonablyresistanttosuchabrasion.Sincethisabrasiontestdoesnotattempttoduplicatealloftheconditionsthatmaybeexperiencedinservice(forexample,abrasiveparticlesize,shape,hardness,speed,load,andpresenceofacorrosiveenvironment),thereisnoassurancethatthistestmethodwillpredictthewearrateofagivenmaterialunderconditionsdifferingfromthoseinthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversalaboratoryprocedurefordeterminingthewearresistanceofamaterialwhenrelativemotioniscausedbetweenanabrasivecloth,paper,orplasticfilmandacontactingpinofthetestmaterial.Theprincipalfactorsandconditionsrequiringattentionwhenusingthistypeofapparatustomeasureweararediscussed.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
